If psoriasis has worsened , it is recommended to add compresses and medicinal baths with the addition of decoction of licorice root, string, nettle, burdock rhizomes and calamus in equal quantities to herbal treatment . You need 6-7 tablespoons of the mixture for 0.5 liters of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let it brew for an hour. Procedures should be carried out for at least a month.  

Stinging nettle heals wounds well and relieves inflammation. It is used for warm compresses on areas of the skin affected by psoriasis. Take 50 g of grass roots in 0.5 l of water, boil for 5 minutes. Insist for 20 minutes. Strain and apply three times a day.

Kalanchoe gruel compresses are also good . Apply for several hours.

A bath with a collection of chamomile, calendula, motherwort, succession (1 teaspoon each) and celandine (2 hours) helps well to relieve psoriasis symptoms. You need only 5 tablespoons of the mixture for 0.5 liters of boiling water. Boil, strain, pour into the bathroom. The broth can also be used for compresses.

Herbal ointment recipes

1. Simple and effective celandine ointment: mix ground celandine herb with lard in a 1: 4 ratio. Apply to lesions daily.

2. In equal quantities, take calendula flowers, celandine, horsetail, burdock root, oak bark, walnut leaf, rose petals. 7 tablespoons of the mixture pour 0.5 l of almond (olive) oil. Put on low heat for 20 minutes. Insist in a warm place. Strain. Keep cold.

3. Mix the powdered willow root, celandine herb (20 g each) and 30 g of calendula flowers. Add 80 g of warm honey. Insist, stirring from time to time, in a dark place for three days.
